For those who have seen this picture and thought 'WTF is that?' This is a Keepy. It's worn like a ring and it holds your nail polish bottle so you don't spill it while painting your nails.
So you can see where I thought ' right... why?' But bare with me. Yes, in the perfect set-up a table will suffice. A solid table with ensure that your nail polish bottle stays put. But I don't know about you but I'm always painting my nails with in bed, on the sofa or even in the car. I just like to love on the edge. Needless to say 9 times out of 10 there's some sort of spillage or accident. I either knock the bottle or I smudge my nails while picking the bottle up.
So the Keepy Keepy nail polish holder
The holder is 100% silicone so it is soft and comfortable to wear. This also means it's totally flexible and can hold all brands of nail polishes. All shapes and sizes fit inside and the bottles are held in place really well. My extensive collection of nail polishes helped me test this out. I knew they would come in handy one day.
Having the bottle held in place means you can do your nails anywhere. There's no fiddling around with the bottle or having to go 'ahhhh!' when your partner shuffles on the sofa and almost knocks over a bright bottle of Bahama Mana on your cream cusion.
Speaking of which if you do happen to somehow spill any nail polish on the holder it peels right off.
Once you've finished painting you can pop it off over the tops of the fingers so you don't even have to worry about your nails being dry. You won't have to slip it off like a ring and risk smudging them.
You could even try using this over your toes - I've tired holding a bottle between my toes before and it was not only a pretty stupid idea but rather painful. You could even paint your toenails in the car! -Providing you're not the one driving of course!
It's the simplest inventions that are the best, just look at the sandwich -bread, filling bread -genius.
Possibly a gimmick, but also a game changer. Come Christmas time everyone will have on in their stockings, I'm sure of it!
What are your thoughts on the Keepy?
