Tracking down the Pastel Blue Skirt

While at my brothers Graduation this week I saw a girl in a great outfit and I was then on a mission to track it down. It was easy enough to put together myself if only I managed to find the key piece from the outfit, the skirt. With a little help from my brothers girlfriend I discovered it was in fact the Pastel Blue Full Skirt from Topshop.

It's so cute, it's got a bit of a 50's vibe about it and is dressed up without being too over the top. I know it may be a bit more of a Spring look but I'm never one for dressing for the right seasons! So pair it with this cami and maybe a blue clutch like this one from Zara and you've got a cute date-night outfit in the making!

Personally I would wear some nude heels  but ballet pumps would also work. I'd keep accessories to a minimum , probably just adding my rose gold Michael Kors watch and maybe a simple necklace...I'm quite after a name necklace, but one that's little and cute rather than the bigger 'hipster' type ones I've seen around. So if anyone knows of one...

I'd tie my hair back into a long ponytail with a bow  keeping it really cute and girly.
A nude lip and a bit of blush is all you need for this, add a bit of a flush to the cheeks with Benefit's Sugarbomb, one of my favourite blushes. and a nude lipstick like hue  by Mac. Spray on a bit of Miss Dior and you're good to go! And there's 10% off at Debenhams at the moment so those little beauty bits are cheaper than usual! A perfect excuse to treat yourself.

I'm so glad I managed to track down this skirt, I love it!

Have you ever been inspired by a strangers look?
